This is not possible at the moment however BM data depends on custom post types.
I will add this feature to our roadmap to create an in-house export and import feature to migrate seamlessly. Thank you for the suggestion.
You can use WP All Import to export and import the data or WP Migrate DB to perform a full migration if that is possible.

I understand that you want certain employees to self-manage certain documents. With the “limited” priviligies, the document can only be viewed and not managed. With the full view, an employee can manage all the documents.
Unfortunately, this feature is not available right now. We will be adding a feature to maintain a “wiki” or “onboarding” documents in the near future but I cannot promise a timeline.

@pigo3934blog Sorry for the delay in responding to this thread. I normally receive notices from www.remarpro.com when new threads are created but this time that doesn’t appear to have happened.
You are correct that you can’t manage the individual taxonomies for Projects, Clients, etc. at this time. I’ve made a note to look into adding this for a future release.
I’m going to mark this thread as resolved because it’s not a bug or issue with a broken feature of the plugin at this time.
