I believe this plugin affects the link button functionality within WP. When I click the link button to make a link, it does not respond. It then clears my text. When I disable your plugin, it works fine. Also, when I switch to Text mode when making posts, the link button works fine. You don’t even have to have a button within the post for it to be affected.

If you’re using checkboxes for one answer (I would use radio), you can select the “Make checkboxes exclusive” option in the checkboxes wizard. The format would be:
[checkbox checkbox-342 exclusive “Option 1” “Option 2”]
