Thanks for getting in touch. As there are multiple tax options available, you are not able to export the tax amount when exporting a product list. However, you are able to export all these options when exporting orders as the tax is applied to the product and can be applied on a line by line basis. Are you also experiencing this same problem when exporting products and orders? The information looks like it is being exported correctly, separated by a comma, but reading it looks strange. On the export screen can you make sure CSV format is selected and export it again? Can you also try to open the file through another program that can read CSV files?

Unfortunately, Store Exporter and Product Importer do not offer a full migration solution at this point. You will be fine for exporting products and certain orders but this won’t be sufficient for migrating your store entirely.
