In reply to: [Product Importer for WooCommerce] Import Categories require paid plugin?Hi @agenziae20
Thanks for getting in touch. Product Importer will import the categories of the product that is imported by creating the new category and assigning it to the product. Product Import will only allow for a single Parent level to be imported. The pro version is able to import multiple levels of categories. If you would like to import categories separate from importing products, please reach out to us on our premium support channel to discuss the options as we cannot discuss pro features on this channel.
All the best,
ByronHi Liz,
Yes, we should be able to help you with your customization request. Unfortunately we cannot discuss pro features on this platform. However, you can find our contact details through the link I sent above and reach out to us on our premium support channel without having to make any purchase yet.
All the best,

All the best,
ByronHi @tworak,
We sincerely apologize for the issue caused by Store Toolkit. Unfortunately, it was not been updated in some time but we have successfully located the bug responsible for wiping the order_item and order_itemmeta tables and fixed this issue which is now part of the latest update.
Thank you for your suggestion on the Heartbeat API. Were timeouts do occur, we do have resume functions in place to continue the nuking process but this could be another solution.
Again, our apologies and take care.
All the best,
ByronApologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Store Exporter, as well as the Pro version, are 100% compatible with both PHP 7.3 and 7.4
All the best.

I assume you are using the Pro version as Scheduled Exports are not available on this version. Would you mind reaching out to us via our premium support channel through our main website and we will help you right out with the filters that appear to be missing?
Thanks for your support and all the best!
ByronHi @shafiqsuhag,
Thanks for getting in touch. Category imports are limited to our Pro import Plugin. I cannot provide pre-sales support via w.org but feel free to reach out via our website.
Hi @bjorn10101,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Support for exporting keys from WooCommerce Serial Numbers is limited to our Pro export Plugin. I cannot provide pre-sales support via w.org but feel free to reach out via our website.
Hi @alexsina,
Apologies for not answering that point specifically.
No, you cannot export and import WooCommerce settings using Store Exporter and Product Importer. The only settings that are exported are those attached to a specific product or order but not any of the WooCommerce core settings like Shipping mentioned above. You will need to find a plugin that deals with site migration in order to move those settings correctly.

In reply to: [Product Importer for WooCommerce] cant upload CSVHi @gulamagick,
Thanks for getting in touch.
Sorry to see you are having some trouble. Is it possible for you to send us a link to your CSV file so we can have a look at what is going wrong?
Thanks for getting in touch. To clarify, you exported your product categories from WooCommerce using the WordPress importer?
Unfortunately, the WordPress built-in importer only imports categories related to posts and not those connected to products. You can use their built-in importer to import products which will automatically bring in the categories for you but you cannot import categories independently.
It sounds like you are using our Pro version to run the export as you are exporting an XML file, is that correct?
Hi @bgcs3,
The Featured Image is only exported as an external URL in WooCommerce – Store Exporter while Product Gallery images are exported with the image ID. The Product Gallery external URL is limited to our Pro export Plugin. I cannot provide pre-sales support via w.org but feel free to reach out via our website.
