Hi @kruddock
You do not need to worry, the plugin will work fine on 7.3. It has compatibility with 5.5 and up. We develop the plugin in an environment running 7.4 so you won’t have problems. If there is any issue with the plugin after the upgrade, please let us know and we will sort it out in the core code.
All the best,
ByronHi @richangry

Thanks for getting in touch. Is this the free plugin you are using? Has it worked in the past? It is possible your store is very large and the page is timing out while scanning through orders and products. Can you tell roughly how many products and orders you have on your site? How much time passes before you get the 504 error? It could also be an issue with the PHP timeout variable or max memory dedicated to your server. You could try reaching out to your host to increase these to see if they help with the timeout.

ByronHi @fhersdim
It seems you are referring to an issue with applying post meta fields to our pro plugin Store Exporter Deluxe. We are not allowed to deal with pro related queries on this platform but if you reach out to use on our premium support channel we would be happy to assist you in getting the field to export correctly.

ByronHi @godfather21
Thanks for getting in touch.
Only our Pro version of the plugin will be able to add these custom fields to the export.
If you would like help getting them set up, please reach out to us through our premium support channel.

ByronHi @schmedia,
Thanks for getting in touch.
I have run some tests on the functionality of the volume and offset settings and everything is working correctly from my development site.
What are you exporting? Products or Orders? It is possible it is tripping up on a particular product/order.
Can you try to run some tests? Firstly, what happens when you set the volume/offset to 250/0 and then 250/250. Does it export correctly?
What happens if you set them to 500/1000, are you able to get through that export?

Thanks for getting in touch.
No emails will be triggered to customers if you nuke orders.
Unfortunately, you are not able to nuke customers with Store Toolkit.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We have just bumped the plugin now and confirm that it is working correctly with the latest version of WooCommerce (5.1) and WordPress (5.7).
Please note that it is always advisable that you make a backup of your site before making use of any of the Nuke functions.

In reply to: [Product Importer for WooCommerce] statelessHi @mjezegou
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Unfortunately, the plugin will need to upload the file to the uploads folder before the import will run and therefore it will not be suitable for your needs.
All the best,
ByronApologies for the delay in getting back to you. Queries about the Pro version of our plugin should be sent through to us via our premium support page. However, note these issues have been resolved and you should not need to be concerned.

In reply to: [Product Importer for WooCommerce] Upload returned falseHi Joseph,
It could be a problem with the file name that is causing the error. Please will you hard refresh the page (shift f5), try renaming your import file eg. import.csv -> import1.csv, reselect the new import file and see if it will run the import as normal.

In reply to: [Product Importer for WooCommerce] Upload returned falseHi Joseph,
I can see from your error message that it is in reference to a plugin called dgrundel-woo-product-importer? That is not our plugin, as the code is sitting in a directory called woocommerce-product-importer. I would suggest reaching out to them, or if you are using Product Importer, it could be a conflict and would suggest removing the dgrundel plugin and trying again.
All the best,
Byron
