@olahall try to rollback to 2.6.28, it is an issue that is affecting to lots of sites, probably a new update of the plugin creator will be published soon, in the meantime I fixed with a rollback version.

But I found that I needed to enable user profile feature in

wp-admin/admin.php?page=anspress_options&active_tab=features

Probably that was the problem for @piero62 too.

I confirm the same, profile page is sending to a 404

The issue was solved to me, after update to 2.29.2 , @eskapism thanks for your update
