You can set up this feature from WooCommerce shipping zone. Check WooCommerce shipping zones and related shipping methods. Remove any cost added for pickup method.

Minimum waiting time feature(calculative) is available on?WooODT Extended, with WooODT Lite this minimum waiting time(display) is to display the minimum waiting time on widget. If you check your settings page you will see it mentions this is for displaying the minimum waiting time notice to users when you place the Order Delivery Time widget on any page/post of your website.

There is no issue with the plugin, delivery & pickup both options are there but CSS from another plugin made it hidden that is on this path https://www.cremeux.in/wp-content/plugins/smartpay/public/css/app.css .

If you search CSS rules on above mentioned CSS file and change accordingly as below you will see the pickup & delivery options are visible.
Just comment out height, opacity and width rules as demonstrated at below code block.

Which version are you using? Also forward your website URL once.

When you forcibly minify all js, there may be some issue, as all spaces are removed and part of the JS script is generated by php code as well, here you are minifying part of php code as well, so it may happen.
