Thanks for the advice. I have reached out to the hosting provider with no success yet. Will keep trying.
right now we have no access points. Nothing works. The site owner did somehow get a reset password link but it must have gone to the email associated with the site. Since he is paying the bills we will approach the host service. Thanks!
