The theme is Soliloquy Pro – I purchased it through wordpress.

I created the background as a jpeg in Photoshop – it wasn’t a picture exactly, it was colors, butterflies and stripes to match my logo. I created the banner the same way – using the sizes the theme requires I made a banner with 3 images. It looked great and now it’s just gone for no reason.
I didn’t modify any theme files or update anything.
The changes were there and even when I went to show it off after editing it, After a week off I checked it out and it looks AWFUL!! I have spent money on pro themes(found on wordpress) and for plugins and NONE of them work. I was trying to save money and now I am spending more and getting less.

OK I turned off the Timthumb setting and now I can see the images to add, but it still won’t create an image slider.

If you go to the LIFE subpage under portfolio. The space between the header and the album is too much. I know the pictures aren’t showing up either – I am working on that. I would like the space to be smaller on all of the portfolio subpages. Eventually i will have image sliders in there – once I figure that all out – and I would like them to be further up. Thank you!

OK I have created a working child theme. thank you.

I tried to create a child theme and failed. I guess I just have to study up more how to work with CSS.
