Hi there, I submitted a pull request to your project. I seem to have gotten your plugin fixed and working for myself and wanted to get others on their way too.

this was not an issue with the plugin, salesforce “specialist” broke things on his end

you’ll likely have to create a custom field in salesforce and then link the fields through the web-to-lead settings for that form.

I will look into the permissions a little more,. i =mainly assumed it was a windows related issue because if you notice in the path to the sample image the slashed switch from windows slashed(“\”) to *NIX slashes(“/”) in the middle of the path.

In the setting theres a tick box for “On page load move the mouse cursor to the search field?” uncheck that box
