I did the conflict test before I contacted you.

It currently happens on 2 sites where the reg detail doesn’t transfer to the profile page.

Same meta key yes, deleted and re-added made no difference.

Ah my misunderstand. What a shame. Any chance this could be added to the plugin?

If this is a hosting related issue, what can our host to resolve it, or what specs do we require?

P.S. Tried disabling all other plugins and reverting to default theme – made no difference.

I know you’re busy and understand you deal with paying customers first, but I’m not likely to become one if I can’t get the free one to work ?? Please help!

So does this lack of response mean you are unable to help us at all even though UM is outputting blank pages for both of us?

Surely someone else has managed to fix this issue previoulsy? Please point us in the right direction.
