In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Sitemap not being crawledHi @dhyden180,
Could you please share URL of the sitemap that you’re submitting?
How many pages does your project have generated? You’re submitting a sitemap created by the MPG project, correct?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Title in TabHi @dhyden180,
Sure! I see you’re using Yoast plugin for SEO, we’re compatible with this plugin so inside the Template page that you’re using for the project, check what is added as a value for the Title, you probably have it set as %%title%% which is a default tag but instead of it you can add MPG tags, so which MPG tag you want to be your title you can set the value to it, for example {{mpg_city}} in my case:

I hope it works!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Inserting short codes into yoast SEOHi @jadly,
Thank you for sharing more details. Are you using some page builder? Maybe it causes the issue as I tested it without any page builder just using Gutenberg.
If you have any other 3rd party plugins that could be involved in page rendered I recommend trying to turn them off to see if it fixes the issue.
Let us know how it goes, thanks!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Inserting short codes into yoast SEOHi @jadly,
Thank you for using MPG!
You can use mpg tags in the template of the project for all those fields and they will be populated on the generated pages.
For example, here is how I add it to the template page:
https://vertis.d.pr/i/AdrGPQ
And if I open a generated page I see those populated:
https://vertis.d.pr/i/z5YzZf and https://vertis.d.pr/i/rF4FD5
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Project not savingHi @bsmallwood,
I’m happy to hear that you’re moving forward.
I haven’t faced such an issue before about showing incorrect # of rows with the file uploaded. What do you see in those other rows, are they having the same duplicated content from the first 6 “real” rows? Or something else?
Maybe you can also try clicking “Update tables structure” in the Settings of the plugin to see if that helps.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Project not savingHi @bsmallwood,
Thank you for sharing the issue with us. It’s been a while since the original owner of the thread reported the problem and since then we had the latest release where a similar issue that we were able to replicate with some clients was fixed.
So with version 3.4.7 a blank page/upload of a file that was happening could be addressed but I see you mentioned that you tried using this latest version.
One thing to note, if you were using plugin before with earlier versions, I recommend you to try clearing cache of the browser or simply try logging in to dashboard of your website via incognito mode of the browser to be sure that no files are cached because that issue which we fixed involved updates to JS files and if file is cached you might still face the same problem.
If the problem persists after following these steps, can you open console of the browser when you make the action and see if there are any errors populated in the console? If there are any, please make a screenshot of those.
If you are redirected to a blank page, do you get to wp-admin/admin.php? page as well in the browser URL?
Thank you.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Neve] Design broken after updateHi @migueltic,
Can you share some examples of how it looks broken VS working version of the website?
Does it get fixed if you rollback to the previous version?
Do you see any errors in the console of the browser when you visit the broken page?
Answers to these questions with screenshots would be very helpful, if you also have a link to a broken version of website we can take a look. Thanks!Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Neve] Update causes images to break@nobigbro,
Can you update the theme and inspect the missing image on browser tools, to see what is the URL of that image?
Then, if you rollback and you see that image appearing, please also inspect the image to get the working URL of the image so you can compare the difference between those. That could also help us to understand what is the problem and possibly advise you about the fix.
Thanks!@hetzer38t,
We can understand the confusion you have but the thing is that those charts are part of the PRO version for years, the change that we made is that we started checking if a PRO chart is used without a license and give a notification about upgrading if that’s the case. We haven’t switched them from free to PRO, that’s why there isn’t any notification in the changelog about it. All the past years you were using these PRO charts while they were not supported in the Free version, it’s not possible that you could have created that type of chart in the past few years which is now uneditable.Hi @flogee,
Thanks for doing that! Could you also share on which page do you still get the error? I checked your homepage and I don’t see the error in the console + images are served through Optimole.
Thanks!Hi @brontobytes,
After further testing we found that there is no bug with current behavior, we rely on how Facebook can fetch the image so you can always check this tool:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
To see if image can be retrieved. The safest way is to have og:image defined for your posts but it’s not always needed based on the tests made and can sometimes still be retrieved even when it’s not defined.
Hi @umbc,
We have just made a release where this issue should be addressed. Please try updating to the latest version and let us know if the issue persists.

In reply to: [Multiple Page Generator Plugin - MPG] Various problemsHi @eddythecat,
Do you have any caching plugins that are active? If not, does your hosting has any cache on their end that you can try to disable to check if the behavior remains the same?
From what I see this looks very similar to caching problems, the fact that content in shortcodes doesn’t change when you change it and in URL it changes shows that it’s cached somewhere and also those things that when user is logged you see one behavior compared to logged of/incognito usage also shows that it should be some caching problems either at a server level or your website.Thank you for elaborating @bhaktipatel but I still find it hard to connect this with the functionalities offered by the Media Library Organizer plugin which basically offers functionalities of organizing media library that you have in your WordPress, it doesn’t control what locations are accessible for uploading files and what is accessible.
