Hi there,
By default, MalCare scans the site every day automatically.
If you are using MalCare Pro, you can pause the sync by following this guide: https://malcare.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/35000091716-how-do-i-pause-backups-
Please note, the screenshot in the guide may be little outdated since the dashboard is currently undergoing some redesign.
If you have MalCare Free, you will have to deactivate the plugin to pause the sync / sync.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Our system scans only relevant tables where malicious scripts can potentially reside and cause odd behaviors on the site. These tables are _options, _posts, and _postmeta.

In reply to: [WordPress Migrate & Clone Free : Migrate Guru] JustHost login failsHi there,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Could you please confirm if webdesy.com is the source site URL?
According to our logs, the last migration attempt from webdesy.com was around 6 months ago.
I do not see any recent migration attempts.
If possible, could you please try again?

In reply to: [WordPress Migrate & Clone Free : Migrate Guru] Cloning IssueHi there,
For migration in such cases, you can use the Server IP of the destination site to carry out to migration.
On the FTP details screen, you can set Server IP in the Advanced option.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
According to our logs, the migration went fine and we do not see any issues.
Since the issue was present only on the homepage, it seems that the cache was responsible for this.
Could it possible to see the migrated site so that we can inspect this issue in detail?
If you can try the migration again to a dummy domain like test.gatewaysigns.com on the same destination server, we would be able to inspect further on this without affecting the main site https://gatewaysigns.com
Looking forward to hearing from you.
