Yes that likely is it after thinking more about it and seeing errors on the indexing problems page, will test it out.

is on line 83 in menu-header.php just as it is in your wordpress files. I commented the line out but another error appeared on line 97. I do wonder if the error has something to do with the header being called in that pluggable file which is in wp_redirect function.
