Diving into this i found following line in taxes_module.php:

“require_once WPSC_FILE_PATH.’/wpsc-admin/includes/settings-pages/taxes.php’;”

the is no map “settings-pages” bu there is a map named “settings-tabs”

?? isnt this odd ??

This worked for me in earlier version and still works on 391 but only on products created before upgrade (:s)..

Would be very interested in case you find a solution.

Same issue here; Upgraded from an earlier version to WP 4.1 / WPEC 3.9.1

I use inclusive taxing and the product specific bands to add taxes.

Strange thing is that for the old products (created in earlier version of WPEC) the taxes work correct.
