That reset made the difference. I was able to complete the Site Kit setup this morning on the live site. Thanks very much for your help, James.

Tried again after adding the new SALT keys to the live site’s wp-config. Same result: Redirected to the staging login screen.

Additionally: I reset, then deactivated, then removed the Site Kit plugin from the old staging site. And moved the staging site to a new directory.

Then, in private browsing mode with the browser cache cleared, I reset and tried again to reconnect on the live site. Same result: I was forwarded to the previous sandbox site URL, which now shows an error message since it no longer exists.

Thanks for the follow-up reminder. I went through your steps from the previous message. Same result after activating the Site Health & Troubleshooting plugin: I was redirected to staging site login screen during the Site Kit setup.

Thanks, James. I submitted my Site Health info through the form just now. And I did a Site Kit plugin reset, too.

I added your code and it’s working as expected. I’ll watch for the Chaplin update to fix the “chaplin_end_of_post_meta_list” bug.
