Would you happen to know what’s causing the menu to go to the left?

I have managed to sort the centering of the menu out but still stuck with the other issues ??

I managed to resolve this by using

#page, .content, #footer{
  width:800px;
  margin:auto;
}

I managed to fix the centering issue myself. Do you mean to put it above the main navigation in header.php?
