Hey @trancedbrain ,
Thanks for taking the time to review us! We’re happy to hear you like Buttonizer!
Thanks for your feedback! With Buttonizer you are able to trigger other PopUp builder plugins which support integrating contact forms. We support Elementor Popup, Popup Maker, Poptin and WP Popups (not sure if all support shortcodes/forms, but some do). All plugins can be selected via the button-action inside Buttonizer. In case you need any help triggering a popup with Buttonizer, let us know!
We also kind of have our own contact form available. You can read more about that here. With our iframe widget you can integrate forms from other apps/sites into a widget.
Good to know: we’re currently working on a big interface overhoal of the editor and we’ll work on other types of floating content soon. In case you have any more feedback, we’d like to hear them all! Please let us know via our feedback form!
Enjoy Buttonizer ??
Hey @crowno ,
Thanks for taking the time for reviewing us and giving us feedback! We really appreciate that, we’ll do our best to adress all your concerns!
This behaviour is intented and meant to give users the best experience with a one-time setup, including Buttonizer Analytics that can monitor clicks automatically. While being a platform for over a year now, we’re now also able to ship faster updates and make sure everyone is enjoying the newest version (even if they’re not updating the plugin).
Our goal was also to speed up Buttonizer (which we’re doing with a CDN) and make more advanced options (much more is coming soon, you can check out our roadmap!).
Regarding logging in with your Buttonizer account on clients site
We actually tried to make it as easy and safe as possible for users who manage multiple sites (such as for clients), these can be attached to their account. When you sign in with your Buttonizer account, no account information is saved on your clients sites. Instead, a token is generated to connect the site.
Clients are only able to view analytics via their WordPress dashboard of their own site (inside the Buttonizer plugin) and cannot enter the account or review any other sites of your account. If they want to edit content, they can only edit their own site using the button inside the plugin (even if it’s linked to your account).
In case you have more feedback, would you like to reach out to us via our contact form, our feedback form or open a support ticket?
We hope to hear from you soon! And of course, enjoy Buttonizer ??
Hey @nf0203 ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The code you used to hide floating content on your site is probably not for Buttonizer. Buttonizer classes always start with the classname
buttonizer-
!I think you might have another plugin with these functionalities, have you checked your plugin list?
Let me know if this helps!
We’re happy to help! Thanks for reviewing us! Enjoy Buttonizer ??

Hey @diptonath ,
Thanks for taking the time to review us. We’re sad to hear that!
Can you perhaps let us know what trouble you had using Buttonizer? Were you missing a specific feature or did you have other issues?
We’d like to improve Buttonizer and would love to hear from you!
Hey again @sweetdealsza !
Thanks for the reply! Really appreciate that ??
We actually see many small sites using Buttonizer and most of them don’t reach the max pageviews at the end of the month. Of course, that really depends per site and we’re unable to judge that. What would be more reasonable number in your opinion?
the performance impact is minimal
In our perspective (when giving support in the past few years), we actually saw a lot of performance issues on small sites since a lot of them were using small shared-hosting packages with minimal resources. Since our standalone we haven’t got many reports of floating content loading slow.
Also the beginners menu creator is bugged or broken
Are you able to let us know what exactly was bugged/broken? Later today we’ve a monthly team meeting where we discuss the feedback we’ve received.
Also, I’d like to let you know that we’re actually still working on the create wizard, adding the create-group wizard is currently in the work (it’s scheduled on our roadmap). So if you have any further feedback or idea’s, make sure to let us know ??
Thanks in advance!
Hey @sweetdealsza ,
Thanks for your honest review! We really appreciate that!
We’re sorry to hear that and you feel like that. This was changed since we moved to our standalone solution, we’ve chosen for this so we are able to work on more and better features. This would also make Buttonizer more stable and faster on your sites (without taking more resources from your hosting). Since that’s happening, it now uses server resources on our side (I think it’s also good to know that we’re fully GDPR compliant). We’re really doing our best to make Buttonizer even better than it was before (you can check our changelog to see what we’ve been working on and what bugs we’ve fixed).
Regarding to the menu creator broken, can you perhaps let us know what exactly happened or wasn’t working? We haven’t seen a bug report about it, but we’d love to fix it anyway!
Also, you can use
shift + click
to skip the beginners dialog and instantly add a button or group. This works on many other actions inside our editor.Hope to hear from you soon ??
Forgot to mention in my previous post: you can use custom CSS for the group. You can read more about it on this post on our community: https://community.buttonizer.pro/d/977-how-to-make-a-rectangular-button-and-place-it-vertically/6
Hope it helps ??
Hey @wpfiend ,
Thanks for your question!
Currently we only support text-buttons horizontally. However, we’d like to experiment on vertical buttons as well in the future as we love the idea.
Unfortunately I’m unable to give any further information as we haven’t scheduled it on our roadmap yet. But when we have, we’ll let you know ??</img>
If you have any further feedback or questions, make sure to let us know!
