You can try disabling them and see if it fixes the issue. If it still doesn’t, then please reach out to our in App Help section and ask for your case to be escalated. To further debug this we would need you to share information that should not be shared on a public forum.
Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:
– Open the Revolut Business App
– Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
– Open “Help” section.
– Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.

After checking this internally, it actually looks like there was a glitch in one of the versions. This has been fixed. We do not auto-enable banners on the new versions if you have disabled them in the past. Although, we strongly encourage you to use the banners as this will encourage users to pay using Revolut Pay where which sees a much higher auth rate than cards.

Unfortunately this was a product decision which I don’t think will be reconsidered. Of course, will forward your feedback further down the line but deactivating the marketing banners takes just a few clicks on our settings tab. Will see if it’s possible to add one switch for all.

in this case you can use “Authorize only” mode of our plugin (see ss here https://ibb.co/9wJDx3f).
This will freeze the money of the customer on successful payment, if needed you can cancel/capture the payment at your customers/own convenience.
Please bear in mind you have 7 days maximum to capture the payment, after which money is released back to your customer and can no longer be captured.

Our woocommerce plugin does not have payment links incorporated but it has all functionalists and more compared with the payment links. For what scenario would you like to use payment links through our plugin?

we only have one record of a refund for the reference you provided (66A02563-59D0-ADC0-9086-72D68BAF9E6F). It was created on 6th of September. Unfortunately we can’t check logs older than 1 month, so not sure why the refund request failed.
Is this the only occurrence you had of this issue? It could have been that you might have retrieved all funds from your account and the incoming transactions were not settled yet. This would lead to a failure of your refund as no funds would have been present on your account.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We just released a new version 4.17.3 which addresses this issue. Please update and confirm if it fixes your above mentioned problem.
It is not advised to make code changes to the plugin as those code changes will be overwritten on updating to new versions.
Best practice is to allow our developers to fix any issue and then proceed with update.

If none of your payment methods work it’s most likely a problem with your Revolut merchant account and you need to contact support as suggested in my previous message.

This sounds like an issue with your Revolut Merchant account. Most likely they need to approve your permissions for online sales. Please reach out to our in App help section and ask for help there.

I see, please reach out to our in App help section and ask for your case to be escalated. We will need some more information and should be able to investigate on a deeper level what is happening. It doesn’t seem to be a plugin problem, more an issue during the processing of the payment.
