i’m on shared hosting, so it’s linux with PHP version 5.3.27.

resaving the permalinks doesn’t work.

i tried deleting and re-creating new users so that new IDs are created. That doesn’t solve it either.

also tried uninstalling, and reinstalling your plugin. doesn’t work.

Thanks for highlighting this. i encountered this problem too. I’m using version 3.6. Apparently this problem exist way back in 2009:
