p.s. The exact same bug happens with the new WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin: if on load PayPal is disabled, and I switch shipping rate, PayPal appears but displays no buttons

No need, I’ll just tell you the steps:

• Breeze is active
• I’m logged out
• I go to /my-account
• I enter username/password
• I click on Login
• Page refreshes
• I’m not logged in, and form is empty

With Breeze inactive:

• Breeze is inactive
• I’m logged out
• I go to /my-account
• I enter username/password
• I click on Login
• Page refreshes
• I’m logged in, and see the My Account dashboard

Having the same exact problem, on different browsers and parts of the world. As soon as I disabled Breeze (I use it for HTML minification and Varnish only), WooCommerce My Account login works properly

Makes no sense, I’m sorry, that should be the default behavior (post title). Placeholders should be for additional info, and that’s ok to have them in the premium version.
