The PHP version that you are using on your site is older than 5.3.0. Our plugin requires PHP version 5.3.0 or greater.

We encountered a bug that deleted the entire forum topic when any comment inside that topic was deleted. The intended behavior was to delete the forum topic only when the initiating comment is deleted.
We fixed this bug and improved the behavior a bit. We were also able to recover your entire forum topic.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope that you still enjoy using Burnzone Forums. Please do not hesitate to contact us for suggestions or any problem that you encounter in the future.We were aware at all times about your bug report and were working on fixing it. In reply to: [BurnZone Forums & Commenting] Forum?Hello Sorensen,
Thank you for trying out BurnZone!
Installing a forum is easy. After installing our plugin and creating your site on BurnZone:
1) Go to https://theburn-zone.com/admin/forum, enable the checkbox and fill in the URL field with the page URL where you want to embed the forum (for instance: https://example.com/forum).
2) Edit the page having that URL and add the code that you can find on https://theburn-zone.com/admin/forum where you want it to be embedded.That is how you can install a forum on your page and therefore engage your visitors. They will be able to create new topics (or discussions) and tag them accordingly (this way you can categorize them). You can create tags in the forum settings page (https://theburn-zone.com/admin/forum).
Please let us know in case you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,

If you installed the WordPress plugin, when you configure it, the SSO key is automatically added in WordPress so it is already enabled.
Please let us know if there is anything else that we can help you with.

In reply to: [BurnZone Forums & Commenting] Where's the comment widget?Hello,
I apologize for the late response. We analyzed your request and we are aware of the fact that “recent comments” is an important widget. It is currently on our to-do list. We are implementing a couple of other interesting widgets that people can embed into their sites and greatly improve integration with BurnZone.

In reply to: [BurnZone Forums & Commenting] ProblemHello JeekHeroes,
Thank you for contacting us.
The “not verified” badge is displayed whenever the email of a commenter is not verified. In order to make it disappear, you have to confirm your account by verifying your email. If you didn’t get the email from BurnZone (although you should have in either Inbox or Spam folder of your email account), you can simply do the following:
1) Go to your profile page on BurnZone. A box saying “Your email address has not been verified.” should be displayed on the page;
2) Click “send it again”. Then you should have the confirmation mail sent to your email address;
3) Click the confirmation link in the email.Then the “not verified” badge will disappear.
Regarding your second question: yes, for now the only option for displaying a custom avatar is using Gravatar. Please make sure you are using the exact email address when registering on Gravatar.
Please let us know in case you need more information or if you encounter any other problems.

In reply to: [BurnZone Forums & Commenting] What about?Hi,
https://theburn-zone.com/ works fine now.
Most probably we were deploying new features and the server was not accepting new requests. We are developing features very fast and deploying often.You must create an account on https://theburn-zone.com/ in order to embed the plugin in your site, otherwise you’ll get a message saying that the conversation could not be loaded.
Check https://burnzone.desk.com/ for more information.Thanks for being interested in Burnzone!
