Dear @samuelsuteras thank you for the update. If the Flexible Shipping works on Storefront that means the issue causes the theme that you are using. In this case, I would kindly ask you to contact directly the Woodmart’s authors and consult this with them.

Hi @samuelsuteras you can download previous versions of the plugin here. You just need to choose which version you want.
Regarding the error, we would need to ask you to deactivate all other plugins beside Flexible Shipping and WooCommerce. Then, please verify if the issue occurs. If not, it means that something conflicts with the Flexible Shipping and overwrites it. Then, activate plugins one after another. This is the best option for now to troubleshoot it.

The services that you have mentioned: First-Class Mail; International Large Envelope** (Code 14) or First-Class Mail; International Letter** (Code 13) are available in the plugin. As you can see in our documentation. However, if the API response doesn’t show these specific services, that means the API doesn’t offer these services for this destination based on the shipping method that you have. Did you check that with the USPS rates calculator?

It sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. Please change the theme to the default Storefront and deactivate all other plugins beside Flexible Shipping and WooCommerce. Then, please verify if the issue occurs. If not, it means that something conflicts with the Flexible Shipping and overwrites it.

You need to enable the debug mode. Go to the DHL Express settings and on the bottom of the site you will find debug mode in advanced options – https://take.ms/B1gVC. When you enable it, go to the cart and there you’ll have request and response in the boxes on the top of the site.
