Hi @dmchale thanks for contacting us.
I would kindly ask you to try to update the plugin one more time. If this error occurs again then please try to upload the plugin via FTP. If this doesn’t work then I recommend you contact your server admin with a request to check opcache settings.
Let us know if my proposition won’t help. We will try to find another solution.
Best regards,
KarolinaHi @mattcracow thanks for contacting us.
You can achieve it by subtracting the weight of the box from the rules. So if you have a rule from 0-1kg just change it to 0-0,7kg. So after adding to 700g the weight of the box it will give you exactly 1kg.So if the calculation is: package weight = specific shipping cost, and the package weight is: the weight of products + fixed weight of the box, you should get the expected calculation with the above rules.
If you have any additional questions, let me know, I’ll be happy to help.

KarolinaHi @agritecint thanks for contacting us.
You can easily change it. Just go to your USPS shipping method and check the box “Enable the services’ custom settings”. Ticking this checkbox will allow you to manage which USPS services should be available for your customers to choose from. If the checkbox is not selected all the services will be available by default. You may also change their names here and set the order of how they are displayed in the cart and checkout.
I strongly recommend you our documentation where you can find necessary information concerning managing the plugin and how to use it. It can be very helpful. You can find it here – https://docs.flexibleshipping.com/article/1105-usps-live-rates-shipping-method-configuration.If you have more questions let us know.

KarolinaHi @emmascott, thanks for contacting us.
WooCommerce UPS Shipping – Live Rates and Access Points doesn’t support shipping classes. So it is impossible to set up such a scenario – click and collect only for a few items, and not all the items. However, you could set it up with our other plugin – Conditional Shipping Methods (https://flexibleshipping.com/products/conditional-shipping-methods-woocommerce/). If you are interested in such a solution, please contact us via our Support form (https://flexibleshipping.com/support/). We are not allowed to discuss here our paid versions of our plugins.Best regards,
KarolinaHi @aod28, thanks for the questions.
1. I suggest verifying if this issue occurs also when you use the Storefront theme. It might be caused by theme conflict.
2. UPS WooCommerce plugin in the free version shows only the nearest UPS Access Point.
The issue with choosing an Access Point from the list might be also caused by theme conflict. It could be useful if you have checked the console. Maybe your browser reports some error.3. UPS won’t charge your account. It only shows rates.
I will be grateful for an update in a subject if the issue is due to theme conflict. We will try to find a different solution, if it’s not the reason. Let me know if you have any more questions.
Best regards,
KarolinaHi @squeaky again!
I have one more option for you. You could set it up with the Conditional Shipping Method – https://flexibleshipping.com/products/conditional-shipping-methods-woocommerce/. Then you leave your already existing shipping methods and you can hide USPS shipping method using the plugin when a customer has in his cart product from a specific category. This way, the displayed shipping method would be assigned to the specific product category. Please have in mind that this plugin is not free so if you are interested in such a solution, then please contact us directly by submitting a query via our website – https://flexibleshipping.com/support/.Best regards,
KarolinaHi @squeaky , thank you for your message.
I am sorry but Live rates for USPS and WooCommerce by Flexible Shipping don’t have an option of shipping based on the product category. Shipping cost for each USPS service is calculated in real-time based on the products’ weight, shop location and delivery destination.
There is a possibility to set up such a scenario with table rate plugin, but it would require a paid plugin – Flexible Shipping PRO – https://flexibleshipping.com/products/flexible-shipping-pro-woocommerce/. We are not allowed to discuss paid plugins here, so if you are interested to get more information on this subject, please contact us directly by submitting a query via our website – https://flexibleshipping.com/support/.Best regards,

In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for FedEx for WooCommerce] Shipping not foundHello @tinypinc,
Could you please check do you have filled out the shipping address in general settings? As you can see on the top of your screenshot, debug mode has shown the reason for the error. It is caused by a missing postcode. So please verify if you have your postcode given in your address and is it correct. It is important to not put any nonstandard signs.Best regards,
KarolinaHello @teddysky88,
the issue might be caused by the wrong method configuration. Could you please send a screenshot of the Flexible Shipping method and its rule? I need to see how the Flexible Shipping method was configured. So please send me a screen of Flexible Shipping method settings including its rules tableBest regards,
