I would kindly ask you to send us a screenshot of the shipping method where you have marked in settings that you want to show notice about amount left to free shipping.
Please send us also a screenshot from the checkout where products are shown, and you can see total amount to pay.I am looking forward to your answer.

I noticed that your product’s weight exceeds allowed by UPS package weight. That’s the reason why you don’t get a rate. I can suggest you to insert boxes’ measurements in the plugin settings and put products in a separate packages. If you need more assistance concerning this issue, I would kindly ask you to contact us via our support form -https://octolize.com/support/. Hi @katmerriwick, if you don’t see specific USPS services it means that they are not available, or they are not supported by the USPS API. The full list of the USPS services that are supported by the USPS API is available in our documentation – https://docs.flexibleshipping.com/article/1105-usps-live-rates-shipping-method-configuration#Services. To get more detailed information concerning specific services offered by USPS, I would suggest you to contact directly USPS or check out their website. We have no influence on what which service includes or what it means.

We did not change any names of the USPS services. The services which are available within the plugin are taken from USPS API. We did not replace anything.

Please have in mind that the service must be available for the package type and address. That information is given through the API. We did not implement any changes to USPS services’ names.Best regards,

I noticed that you wrote in your first message, that you get such a message:
‘It appears that there are no payment methods available for your location. Please contact us if you need assistance or are looking for alternative options.’I have to ask, do you get shipping methods when you are at the checkout? I understand from this note that the issue concerns payment methods and not shipping. If it’s about shipping methods, then please verify if the product that is in the cart is included in the shipping class for which you have set up the shipping method. You can also enable debug mode in the shipping method settings, so when you go to the checkout, debug mode will show you what is the issue and what rules are met and which don’t.
If you still need help with the shipping method I would recommend you contact us directly via our Support – https://flexibleshipping.com/support/. We might need more information to find the reason for that.
