If the client entered address before, WordPress could remember it. I would recommend verifying it after clearing cache and cookies. You could also check it in incognito site.
Honestly, I am not sure what is the problem right now. When I enter your site and put product into the cart, I got a notice “‘Shipping costs are calculated during checkout’” – https://take.ms/Uyuo2.
Ok, could you please paraphrase? I don’t understand. When you add a flat rate, do you get the notice in the cart, the one which you want to show? Does it work as you want?
Please try it with WooCommerce flat rate. Add a flat rate and see if the problem occurs then. Please let us know about the result.

Hi, I have consulted this with my team and we think that it might be the cache issue. You see, the rates are shown for the address that was provided before and it was remembered by the WooCommerce. Please try to test it in the incognito version while not logged in to any account.

HI@3bsstudio, we don’t know the time of the cut-off. It would be the best if you contacted Royal Mail directly and got this information from them.
There is an option how to hide the shipping method ‘Guaranteed by 1pm’ when a customer orders at a specific time of a day, e.g. after 3 pm. However, it is our PRO version Conditional Shipping Methods. However, we are not allowed to discuss our premium plugins here due to WordPress repository rules. Therefore, if you are interested to find out more about this solution, please contact us via our support form.

You said that it works on one site and the problem is with the other one. Did you compare your settings? Maybe you are using some other plugin on that second page, which causes that. Our plugins usually don’t go into conflict with plugins from WC. I hope you will find a solution for this situation. Good luck!
Best regards,
Karolina
I am sorry, but I don’t know any other ways how to contact them. Can you tr to contact them directly via their website?
Okey, so if it’s WC native option, then it is WC responsibility to hide it. However, it doesn’t and Royal Mail rates are shown. That’s why please contact directly with WC support. They will have more knowledge about WC mechanism as it’s their plugin and should be able to help you with this. From our side, it’s not something what our plugin is responsible for. It does what it should – shows live rates. So, if you are using WC for hiding it, but it doesn’t work, then it has to be explained with WC.

You probably don’t get the message because WooCommerce finds shipping methods. If you deactivate Royal Mail and there are no other shipping method in the shipping zone then WooCommerce won’t show any shipping method. It really hard to say, why the message doesn’t show up if we don’t know the exact settings on your WooCommerce and the plugin that you are using for showing that message. Should this message be shown based on some condition or always?

Hi @3bsstudio , thank you for reaching out to us.
If you have set with WooCommerce an option ‘Hide shipping costs until an address is entered.’ ticked, but it doesn’t work in the cart, I would encourage you contact with the WooCommerce support. Our plugin shows live rates in the cart and checkout. It doesn’t have an option that would hide live rates and show a message. It is WooCommerce which is responsible for showing the message in the cart.
