This happens only for you, with 2 browsers?
Is your account the Admin account?
It may be possible that you need to clear your cookies and browser cache.

What plugins do you have installed?
One of them may require you to edit the settings.
Seems like it may be one that is meant to be shown to guests.

As nice as backup plugins may be, as a web hosting provider, I’d fully recommend using your web hosting control panel and FTP do do backups.

Use ftp to download all files, and use phpmyadmin to back up your databases. It is more efficient and much more reliable.

Have you tried embedding it into another site on your webhost?
What webhost do you use?
A link to the site and the embedded video would be good.

I do understand that. Trust me.

However, I also know that if you can’t help yet, at least let the person know that they are not being ignored. At least a post saying that “I can’t help, but have you tried looking at other places for the same issue?”

I run 4 forums of my own, as well as tech support forum admin for a big web host. Add to that, I work support for SMF forums and mod sites. We at least try to let people know that they are important to us, even if we can’t help their problem. Now, before you say anything, all the sites I work support for are also volunteer. Even the web host’s forum staff are all volunteer.

As for helping here, I’d love to try and help. My knowledge of WP is limited, but if you all would have me, I’d like to help out when it comes to such things as hosting and also help those that also use SMF forums. ??

1. I just posted that the error log on my server does not show anything other than a missing favicon, and the error page being miossing, as I have not set one up in the WP dir, yet the server expects there to be one.

2. I have gravatar set up, yet on the posts here, not showing. Same as on my site. Incidentally, I don’t see yours, either.

(Okay, see them on FF… Must be an IE thing.)

1. I AM the host.
2. The logs show only a missing favicon and error page.
3. I re-installed, and can’t even edit the header image. It just stays at default.

Also, how do I change my avatar here and on the site?
I don’t want to use gravatars only on my site, I want to upload my own.

Also, cant even change avatar on any wordpress site.
