Okay sorry think there is still an issue. The link above does work, but I failed to realize at first it should be https://www.bump2basics.com and when you try this link it still does not work. I realized when I tried to sign into WP via the https://bmp2basics.com and got another blank screen.

I have not yet renamed my entire plugins folder so can try this but then how do I get the plugins back if it works without the error reoccurring?

Thank you. I delated the folder but still cant view my site. If I rename the folder as you suggest and can finally view the blog again how do I get the plugins live again without this happening again?

Hi there can anyone advise me if I’m getting the above error code if I am okay to delete the had flv app via my host’s file manager. When I go to my site https://www.bump2basics.com I still get only a blank page. When I try to sign in via the WP login php I can get in, but again only see a blank page. Please help if you can!

Hi okay I have managed to access this via my host’s file manager. I renamed it by adding 123 to the end of the contus-hd-flv-player folder name but still no joy. Should I just delete this plugin. My site has very limited media, just about 2 you tube videos. Most of the content is text and photos. Thank you again for the advice.

I’m sorry but I have no idea how to do what you are saying. I can’t actually sign into WP to access my blog dashboard. Is there any advice you can give? Can i email you my password so you can sign in and try to take a look? I appreciate anything further you can do to advise as I am not technically savvy.

I talked to my host who investigated and said its due to a database error. They said to send you the below error code as it is outside of their domain to fix. Can you help please?
