Hey Younes, so that fixed the issue for that user, but now it is happening again to someone a few days ago, and I did it again and that fixed it for said user, not it is happening again for someone (but not for others).
So it seems to happen randomly for certain users but not for all.So it is not specifically that it works on one page and not on another, I have a page (used an elementor shortcode), it works on this page for the vast majority of users, but for certain users the shortcode doesn’t embed. I went into the HTML and it is like the shortcode is not there for the user.
It is not a MemberPress membership issue since it works for other users with the same membership, it is also not a client issue since it also doesn’t work for me if I view the site from their profile. The page is the same for everyone, there is just 1 static page users can use to manage their Discord. It is not an issue with my settings, nor is it a MemberPress permission issue. Other shortcodes on the page do work consistently so that suggest to me that there is an issue where it sometimes doesn’t inject the shortcode correctly. Nothing in the logs tab either. If you want, I can message you with admin login for the site and give an account where it works, and one where it does not.

I am having a similar issue as this user I believe, and I think you misunderstood the issue. So the shortcode is not always embedding correctly, so even for users with the exact same MemberPress membership, all registered correctly, it does not always embed the “Connect” button correctly. Other shortcodes from other plugins on the page worked fine. It does for most users, but not for all. I viewed the site from their profile and I had the same issue so it is not client sided.
