Skippy when you say “everyone” you mean any one that can log in to the admin section of your site correct? or am I wrong?

Anyone know another way other than ftp if ther is one?

That is where I run in to problem 2…
No ftp support at work, that is why I was trying to do it through WP and the upload feature etc… I know it’s silly and time consuming but I am open to other suggestions.
