Download limit refers to the number of times users are allowed to access the file directly via the Private Download Link.

For example, if you limit your private links to 5 downloads, they will be invalid on the 6th click.

Instead of click or date restriction, you can set the file access permission to logged-in users as well.

While PDA Gold allows you to prevent your protected files from being indexed by Google and shared without permission, you might want to check out our Watermark WordPress Files plugin if you want users to view but not download your PDF files.

Yes, you’re right on the Private Download Links customization.

Our PDA Lite/Free version doesn’t support auto-generate or customize new Private Download Link. That means you can’t set or edit its Download Limit and Expiry either.

Refer to what our PDA Gold has to offer compared to our Lite version.

For security reasons, we set the default file permission to private by default.

We should be able to give you an option to change that in our upcoming version.

Meanwhile, you can go to your bucket and re-set the permission to public directly.

Yes, our plugins can block access with F12.

Also, PDA Gold and its Video & Audio extension help stop popular video downloaders including IDM from downloading your files.

While there’s no absolute way to protect them against all available downloading tools, our method will make it more difficult for average people to steal your valuable files.

Our PDA Gold does block Google indexing and prevent direct access to your private audio files.

If you want to allow users to view but not download your audio, you should get our Video & audio protection extension on top of our PDA Gold.

It looks like either the User doesn’t have enough permission or your Access keys are entered wrongly.

Can you please follow our tutorial on how to create Wasabi bucket and get access keys as well as double-checking the above information?
