Having the exactly same issue. please address this issue asap.

we define Germany as a ship from location and want to create a label for an order to UK). Then we get the error message:

( billingNumber ) : The selected billing number is not available.

Hey this snippet even disable the MailChimp Functionality..
It neither sent the mail for the confirmation neither contact is added in the MailChimp list.

Can you please recheck or give me some other solution.

1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > General Options, make sure “Enable taxes” is checked.
Yes.

2. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax, make sure “Automated taxes” is set to “Enabled Automated Tax”
Yes.
3. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard Rates, do you have any custom tax rules?
Before enabling the Automated taxes i didn’t had any tax rules there but when i tested it automatically some lines of taxes were added!
