We’d get about 5-10 questions a day asking, “Where are my downloads?!?! I’m going to file a complaint as I didn’t get it in my email [It was in spam] and I don’t see it anywhere on your site!”
So we made it the first they see when they log in.

Since we discovered the issue, we only do it when we absolutely have to, because otherwise, we’ll have to regenerate download permissions for 100+ users. Next time we have to do it, I’ll respond with an update.

Not sure if it’s useful or not, but the error message our users get if their access has been removed is: file defined go to shop
