I have also had various negative experience with WP-Esignature as a whole, both the software and the support. Since I purchased the plugin a little over a year ago, have had lots and lots of issues, and then they require a $199 annual renewal for “support” to keep your license active or you will lose all future updates and a “discount of I think $149 if you renew before it expires.
I let it lapse because we weren’t getting good use of the plugin as is. Was using EDD version of this and wanted to at least try WooCommerce to see if I had better luck. Thanks for the info David. Could be a great plugin, but for the price, they need to get it together, thus far has been a waste of money and they don’t seem to be concerned with even considering extending the license since a lot was their errors and we had so many issues with it, which once crashed my entire site and had to be reloaded from a backup!
