The link you shared goes to Page not found. If I see correctly, this is a fix for Complianz plugin which is already updated to the latest version and that is not causing problem described. Update to new version of Contact Form 7 plugin does.

I did that already, multiple times, but every time I try to update plugin same thing happens and plugin is not updated.

In my case it was because of Disable REST API plugin (disables the use of the JSON REST API on your website to anonymous users). When I disabled it, contact form was working again.

Sa svakom novom verzijom plugin-a smanjuje se broj slika koje galerija mo?e da ima da bi bila prikazana na stranici. Trenutno je taj broj 54.

New version gives text “This report is unavailable (2)” instead of report.

Ne radi kad u galeriji postoji vise od 63 slike.

Ovaj problem nije postojao sa starom verzijom plugin-a i istim broj slika u galeriji.

Kopiran je fajl config_example.php i sacuvan kao config.php u folderu plugin-a. Povecana je vrednost parametra xdebug_max_nesting_level na 9999 i problem i dalje postoji.

Nije. Ukljucena je samo opcija Remove Cyrillic characters from file name on file upload.
