You were right, thanks for the quick followup.

Same thing happened to me, wouldn’t take effect. I had to just use the URL after the .com for it to work.

For example, I originally had https://www.mywebsite.com/old-url and the redirect as https://www.mywebsite.com/subdomain/new-url

To get it to work, I had to upload with /old-url and the redirect as /subdomain/new-url
