wp ecommerce with stripe payment

I did contact Stripe directly and they told me “it’s best for you to contact the developer if the extension isn’t working properly” I don’t know where to post this on here, where is the forum for this plugin? sorry, new to forums, thanks

not sure if this posted, reposting: i’m using wp ecommerce. when a customer checks out with paypal, they receive email confirmation with no “from” email. paypal does not know about this and thinks its coming from ecommerce. not sure i’m in the right place to ask about this. if not, can you direct me to the right place to ask? if i’m in right place, can you tell me where i can find location to change this so my customers can see who the email is from (company/website). thanks

Thanks. I tried that and it didn’t work. It appears my site has been hacked since it has a lot of source code on pharmacy ads. I have read a lot on this topic and since there are so many files to look for to delete and it appears to have been corrupt for quite some time, I may uninstall and redo the entire site. Suggestions that are easier before I go that route? Also, i still cannot login to access the site. Is that Pharma virus able to change admin passwords and access too? thank you
