In reply to: [Safe SVG] Apple podcast badge.svg file not uploadingThanks @davemak for that update. Godaddy seems to be very slow at displaying WP pages also so I am open to hosting elsewhere. I just need to pointed in the right direction for a good WP hosting vendor that supports Divi.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Safe SVG] Apple podcast badge.svg file not uploadingGodaddy jus updated the settings as suggested in the Word Press settings and that did not help. I get the same error message.
I deactivated each plugin and that didn’t help.
I tried a different theme, not divi and that didn’t help.
I am out of ideas as to why yours works and mine does not.

In reply to: [Safe SVG] Apple podcast badge.svg file not uploadingoh before I go too far down a rabbit hole.. the Divi tech said that maybe I had to ask godaddy to change settings on godaddy server. My first thought is that that is rather extreme that they wouldn’t have default settings to work with word press, when I used their installer…??
Just a thought.
thanks

In reply to: [Safe SVG] Apple podcast badge.svg file not uploadingThank you for testing all of that. It does seem to point to my setup and maybe divi.
But I posted to this forum after chatting with Divi Tech support and saying that there shouldn’t be an issue with divi.
So I do have a server plugins installed. So do I maybe deactivate them one by one with an upload test in between to debug this?
I am a Joomla convert, so I am not an expert with WP. LOL.
??

In reply to: [Safe SVG] Apple podcast badge.svg file not uploadingHi Darin,
Thank you for your help.
The file I am using came straight from Apple Podcast at this site:
https://www.apple.com/itunes/marketing-on-podcasts/identity-guidelines.html#listen-on-apple-podcasts-badgeI downloaded and used the “badge.svg” file.
I am using Divi with my word press site.
But it doesn’t matter if I use media upload from a divi module or if I just use the media Library from the dashboard to upload the file, I get the same message.
Maybe you think the file can be to blame and you have a different one?
THanks,
chris
