Hi @mcapriotti,

It seems the Hostinger Easy Onbarding plugin is coming from your hosting. Maybe it’s installed at the same time when you install WordPress using their WordPress installer, as a bundle.

Do you need that plugin or not, I don’t know. Your hosting can answer it. However, that plugin is not needed to import a template to your site. Only this Starter Templates plugin is needed to import the template. The other necessary plugins will be installed and activated during the importing process.

As mentioned in the WooCommerce doc, it’s fully customizable in the Site Editor. Astra is a Classic Theme and Classic Theme doesn’t work with Site Editor. It works only with Full Site Editing (FSE) themes, like Twenty Twenty-Two.

You will find the same thing on the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, as Storefront is also a Classic Theme.

I see you are using our Spectra plugin. Is this happening only with Astra theme or is also happening with other themes? If it is also happening with other themes, please start a new thread on Spectra forum. Either our Spectra team or other Spectra users will help you there.

Anyway, just in case you are not aware, you can always use the Toggle Button Inserter to insert a new Block.

I had feedback from our concerned dev team, and it turns out that this is actually the expected behavior instead of an issue. Here’s what I got from our dev team:

The reason the Google font isn’t appearing is because Astra already provides Google Fonts support. Since Elementor also offers the same functionality, there’s no need to duplicate the font name. It’s unnecessary to add it again. Therefore, the font isn’t showing, as we can simply select it from the available options – as shown here: https://bsf.d.pr/v/W3KGUD.

When you use the Google Font you added to your site using this plugin, when you inspect the code, you will notice the font is added to bcf-fonts folder inside the wp-content folder. Refer to this screenshot, please.

Well, I hope this clarifies clears any confusion you may have. And since this is not an issue, I am marking this thread as Resolved.

It’s not Astra, but Spectra. Please try Regenerate Assets by going to Spectra > Settings > Settings tab. If it doesn’t help, please start a new thread on Spectra forum. Either other Spectra users or our Spectra team will assist you there.

This is a screenshot showing how your site looks on my end. Does it look correct for you? FYI, I have 24″ screen monitor with 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Apart from that, I can see you are using Elementor to build the page, so pretty sure it’s more related to it.
