Our Starter Templates are built exclusively using Spectra blocks, which makes it necessary to have the Spectra plugin installed to import them. You can try importing the templates with Spectra and later remove the Spectra blocks, please note that doing so may negatively impact the design and overall user interface.

wp-content/themes/astra/assets/css/minified/frontend.min.css

JS:

wp-content/themes/astra/assets/js/minified/frontend.min.js 

wp-content/themes/astra/assets/js/minified/frontend-pro.min.js

Please let me know if this makes any difference in the output.
