I have reviewed your website and it seems that the cart is designed using the Elementor plugin. In such a scenario, it would be better to reach out to their support and request their input.
If you would like to use the Astra cart, kindly reach out to us via our Support Portal as discussing anything related to the pro version is not allowed in this forum, as mentioned in the Forum Guidelines and mark this topic as Resolved.

We haven’t removed the Elementor templates and you can still import them. It is possible that the Elementor option might be disabled. This doc will help you out: https://startertemplates.com/docs/enable-or-disable-elementor/

To begin with, please make sure that your system meets the system requirements for Starter Templates. If all looks good but you still can’t import the template, please consider reaching out to us thru our Support Portal, so we can take a closer look.
