Our app Metorik does have a feature like this, where we track the source of customers/orders and let you view the sales for each source, segment customers/orders by source, etc.

Sadly this data is not stored in WooCommerce itself, so we only have the source data from when you start using Metorik.

We (Metorik) will be adding COGS setting and tracking right into Metorik so there will be no need for an external plugin to set the COGS. Should be in soon so stay tuned!

Hey J-F. It is compatible with the latest version ?? It should have been set to 3.9 as the ‘tested up to’ before but I have now set it to 3.9.1.

@ben72 I agree with @imazed here that using a custom status is the best approach. Some of the plugins for adding custom statuses will have a way to say that the status should be EXCLUDED from your reports too. My product Metorik will also let you exclude a status from reports.

That’s kind of you to say Jake! ?? Perhaps a custom plugin could ‘replicate’ the GiveWP data into WooCommerce orders for integration with apps like Metorik. Definitely an interesting thought.
