Thank you for your feedback. But it is working fine. You can make the field required by adding an asterisk [upload_image* images-optimize-upload-569] to the shortcode. Or by checking the “Required field” checkbox when adding the shortcode.

One of the features of this plugin is to automatically remove all temporary files from the server after sending the form, but if you want to keep the files on the server, please, install Contact Form 7 Database Addon – CFDB7 plugin.

This addon will allow you to keep the files on the server.
