Yeah the home page is a static page, created by ithemese builder, at first i did think it was this, but i have done other sites using this and everything was fine…. choose the static home page and select the blog page from settings bit within the admin…so i fell down another hole…lol..

heads hurting now… but please continue to help if you can…im dtermined to solve this.

could you try it now and let me know if this is working, because this isnt working for me…cleared browser cache etc still nothing,…just keeps re-directing me to the homepage.

/%year%/%postname%/

So it definately worked?? it took you to the actual post page??

Dont take my above questions the wrong way, im just still confused…lol.

I set them back to default but without success….I do kind of understand wordpress etc, but im stumped, ive tried a few things, made sure codes are there that are suppose to be etc and still in square 1.

Any ideas??

well theres 2 actually… “simple image widget” and one is “contactbuddy”…

So how do i hack the plugin, i looked in the files but i couldnt see where i could remove the widget from the admin area…im not really advanced enough (YET) at wordpress.
