It’s a theme issue, found an answer there.

Themeva it’s an epix theme.

I do believe my theme came with it, but I don’t believe this controls the slide set manager.

Ok I just checked that site and it’s a purchased one apparently. But I don’t remember buying it. However on my plugin page it gives me the option to deactivate it. So does that mean it’s a working plugin? This is the site it sends me to https://vc.wpbakery.com/
