I have archived your review and flagged your account for abuse. You are using the review section here for obtaining support for the “pro” version and that is not cool. When you threatened a lawsuit you went too far.

I think it’s a misunderstanding. This plugin doesn’t have any pro version. I was referring to this support threat in reply of @kohp review. @macmanx, @kohp was not using review section for ‘pro’ support.

We are sorry for the trouble you have faced. But we have tested our plugin multiple times, we found no problems and also more than 200 sites are using Loader with no such problem. We have answered your support thread, and we are always here to help you.

Thanks for your valuable review. You can always use the WordPress default Additional CSS feature to use custom CSS to customize the preloader. And we are focused on website loading speed and performance for better user experience. An additional font will create an extra request to the server which takes some extra time to load, we want to keep the plugin simple and lightweight. Hope you understand. But I can assure you that there will be a custom css and html option in future version.

It is one of the most important files of Loader plugin. It allows you to customize the preloader via customize screen and store the settings to database. Somehow this file was deleted or the plugin was not installed properly so reinstalling it should solve the problem. And if it still do not solve the problem, there might be some conflict with another plugin. And in this case do let us know, we would love to assist you to make the plugin work properly on your site. Hello, we are sorry to hear that you are having problems with our plugin. From the php warning we can see that controls.php file is missing in your websites loader plugin directory. You can delete the loader folder from plugin directory via ftp or file manager to remove the plugin. And try reinstalling the plugin. Hope this will solve the problem. If it does not, let us know. And please help us to improve the plugin by sharing your website url and list of installed plugins (we don’t collect any information from the plugin) here.

As said, it is a temporary solution. Everything happening here is from the client side with jQuery. Server side solution will be released soon. Thanks for using Loader!

Sorry for late response. We have released a new temporary update for showing the preloader screen only on homepage. Update the plugin and turn this feature on from settings section.
