I am at a loss to understand why Polylang would affect the menu making ability in WordPress/appearance/menu.
I make a new menu but no pages ate visible to add to menu?

I could tell you I found many technical errors, but in fact, I was loading the wrong gallery! The one I was using had no photos in!

I now realise that menu icon plug0n has not been tested with the latest version of Worpress (should read warning!).

Installed your menu image plugin which has been tested and all works perfectly.

Does this require a different plug-in? I must admit I don’t see the same as your screenshot (no hover over or size options), but know as much about WordPress as I do brain surgery!

My experience is using direct HTML coding or Dreamweaver. I am trying to help a friend who has an existing site buy has sacked the employee that created them. I am finding WordPress both confusing and frustrating, so any help you can give should help my blood pressure!

Many thanks for your prompt response.

I am using the all-in-one tool because that is what the existing user used to export the website. I was concerned that there may be something in the supplied file to me that may prevent it from being used with another migration tool.

The tool shows 12475 files are being imported and the wheel in the centre is just going round and round for the last 6 hours.

Sorry to be a bit vague, but my website experience is using Deamweaver and FTP uploads to Cpanel.
