Hi,
I did fresh setup in that I had default 2021 theme and woocommerce, even in that case email didn’t delivered to user.

There is no fatal error in WooCommerce > Status > Logs

I tried with SMTP as well, in that case also email didn’t delivered for lost password

Email for contact form is working fine. Only with woocommerce forms it’s not working

The issue is still there. The webhost can’t block emails, as it is working for contact us form

@ozmetal Jetpack pay also slowdown the pages. Try removing it and validate it will light house, google page speed. Compare before and after results. also try enabling cache and gzip compression
