I have downloaded the the new code, replaced in the EmailNotifications.php and still have the same problem with the Test emails and Live emails. The emails have no subject and also not using the template created in the Emails Notification page.

I am also experiencing problems with the email notifications. No subject line and the email content doesn’t match the templates in the Settings.

Thank you for your reply. The issue has now been resolved with the conflicting plugin Fontawesome plugin in my case. Thanks again for your help.
