Yes, you are right. It’s the permalink conflict. The moment I relocated it to a top level page, it started showing the form.

But, how do I edit the job application form? Can’t find it anywhere in the settings.

And, one question (and suggestion maybe) – my WP login URL has a custom slug. The moment I click on sign in (on the application form) I see the slug in the url along with a few other additions to the url. So basically, my login url goes from private to public.

I hope I explained correctly. Any solution for this?

You can try going to settings > permalinks and resaving to see if it clears up the conflict.

I did that. No change. Still seeing a 404.

Maybe I was too messed up and couldn’t figure out what to do (a month ago).

In about two months (after I started using WordPress) I have come to appreciate the fact that the WordPress community is probably the best community on the web. And also the fact that everyone in the community should be treated with respect.

I’ve pushed a fix for this, but it will take a time before the site regenerates to reflect it.

i found it to be interesting, but those images overlapping the text ruined my interest in it. hope it gets fixed soon.

I was trying to accomplish a multisite network using sub-domains and domain mapping. Reached the last stage, yet I couldn’t configure the new domain(s) due to my lack of knowledge. So, for now I’ve decided to go with a single wordpress site.

Update: This problem has been partly resolved. (Meaning: It is possible to do it.)

I just completed the steps in Create A Network.

Now, I have WordPress installed in a sub-directory, (and everything is working fine. I can login, post, etc.) but I don’t know how to proceed. What should I do after adding a new site under primary-domain.com/folder/wp-admin/network/site-new.php.

The last thing I did was that I added the new desired domain under addon domains of cPanel. Now how do I proceed to making it work like a site addon-domain.com.

I’m more confused now. Need advice.

This just confused me more. What I’ll do is start working on creating the network of sites. And if I face any issues I’ll come here and post.

1. If its www.yourblog.wordpress.com then it should work properly.

2. Are you telling that you are using WordPress.com for hosting your blog and have a custom domain name with them? Then post your query on the WordPress.com forum and the staff will help you out.

3. Or is it your own hosting panel you have your blog in? If you are confused between www.remarpro.com and WoredPress.com, read this.
